| Stefan M. Werdegar, Vice President, joined Tyler & Company’s Austin office in 2011. Having spent the majority of
his career in information technology (IT) and healthcare IT, Stefan
leads this subspecialty practice at Tyler & Company.
Stefan
is able to help organizations solve business challenges through his
experience and knowledge in enterprise technology. His involvement
through the years has led to in-depth understanding of a variety of
information systems solutions in the market, from enterprise resource
planning systems, storage and servers, to consulting services, to
Microsoft datacenters and databases. Through his tenure at Unisys
Corporation, a worldwide IT services and technology company, he
provided these types of solutions for a variety of organizations,
including those that are commercial, in the public sector and/or
involved in e-commerce.
Before
joining Tyler & Company, Stefan worked in strategic client
relationship management and business development roles at Siemens
Healthcare. He also spent time at Allscripts (formerly Eclipsys) in key
account management. Prior to these positions, he spent more than seven
years in enterprise IT account management with Unisys. His areas of
expertise included Microsoft and Intel infrastructure solutions.
Stefan
is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE),
Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Healthcare
Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He served as Vice
President of Education and Vice President of Programs for Sales &
Marketing Executives International of Dallas (SMEI), a 12,000-member
global nonprofit association. He is also an alumni member of Pi Sigma
Epsilon, a national sales and marketing organization, where he held
leadership, program and board positions.

Originally
from Connecticut, Stefan lived most of his life in in Chicago. In 1999,
he made his way to the Lone Star State. Stefan resided in Dallas for
eight years, and now lives in Austin with his wife and their dog.
Stefan is bilingual in Spanish.
