Our consultants maintain close contact with each client throughout the course of the search assignment.  After the search has concluded, our consultants maintain a dialogue with both the client and placed candidate to provide support during the first 12 months.

Although our primary responsibility is to our clients, Tyler & Company search consultants also have earned a reputation for treating each potential candidate with respect regardless of whether or not they are engaged in an active search.
